01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operator of 99pk ("99pk", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://99pk.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

99pk is an English-language online betting and live casino information platform targeting users in Pakistan. The Platform covers sports betting markets, live casino games, slots, table games, esports and instant games. All content and services are provided for informational and entertainment purposes.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 99pk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not reside in or access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting as an individual, on your own behalf — not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling on any platform, including through any self-exclusion register applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have had a previous Account on 99pk closed by us for breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Account registration may be suspended and funds withheld pending verification if eligibility cannot be confirmed.

04 Registration & Account Management

4.1 Account Creation

You may register for one Account per person, per household and per device. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances and potential legal action.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly whenever any detail changes.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password, allow any third party to access your Account or use automated tools to log in. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact our support team immediately.

4.4 Account Currency

Pakistani users may select Pakistani Rupee (PKR) as their Account currency. The displayed currency applies to real-money transactions. Currency cannot be changed after Account creation. Exchange rates, where applicable, are set at the operator's discretion.

05 Identity Verification (KYC)

99pk is required to verify the identity and age of users before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before certain features become accessible. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

5.1 Required Documents

For Pakistani users, verification typically requires one or more of the following:

• A valid, unexpired Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport as primary identity proof.
• Proof of residential address (where required), such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months.
• A selfie or liveness check confirming that you are the holder of the submitted identity document.

5.2 Submission Requirements

All documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification interface. You must never transmit identity documents through unencrypted email, WhatsApp, Telegram or any other unsecured channel.

5.3 Document Integrity

Submitting altered, falsified, obscured or otherwise manipulated documents constitutes fraud and is a criminal offence under applicable law. Such conduct will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all funds and a report to relevant authorities.

06 Deposits & Payments

6.1 Available Methods

The payment methods available for deposit are displayed in the Platform's live cashier at the time of your transaction. Method availability can change at any time based on provider policy, regulatory requirements and technical factors. Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced here as examples of familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure only — they do not endorse, permit or support gambling on 99pk.

6.2 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier for each payment method and may vary. We reserve the right to change minimum deposit amounts at any time. Transactions below the stated minimum will be declined.

6.3 Deposit Ownership

You confirm that all funds deposited into your Account are from a source that legally belongs to you. You must not deposit funds on behalf of any third party. Deposits made from fraudulent payment instruments will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

6.4 Fees

99pk does not typically charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for checking and bearing any such charges. The Platform is not responsible for fees applied by third-party payment processors.

6.5 Processing Times

Deposits are generally credited upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method and are not guaranteed by 99pk. In the event of a delay, contact support with your transaction reference.

07 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification, fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to decline or delay a withdrawal pending completion of any outstanding verification or compliance check.

7.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected, your verification status, compliance checks and the Platform's processing schedule. No specific processing time is guaranteed. E-wallet methods typically process more quickly than bank transfers, but neither is guaranteed to meet any specific timeline.

7.3 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability and provider rules. We may require alternative arrangements where the original method is unavailable.

7.4 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are detailed in the cashier. We reserve the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, including requests for additional documentation.

7.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. They must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotional terms. Only then may the resulting real-money balance be requested for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in bonus forfeiture.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the relevant offer. These general Terms apply in addition to offer-specific terms. In the event of a conflict, the offer-specific terms take precedence.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the minimum total bet volume that must be placed before bonus funds convert to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution percentages and time limits are specified in the individual offer terms. You must read offer-specific terms in full before accepting any bonus.

8.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible users as defined in each offer. One bonus may be redeemed per offer per eligible account unless otherwise stated. Bonuses may not be combined unless expressly permitted. We reserve the right to withdraw any offer at any time, subject to honouring bonuses already accepted in compliance with applicable terms.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, use of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or any form of exploitation of promotional offers — is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.

8.5 Welcome Bonus

Any welcome offer advertised on the Platform is subject to full offer-specific terms at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are typically available to new users on their first qualifying deposit. Bonus amounts, match percentages and wagering requirements are specified in the current offer terms.

09 Betting Rules

9.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets are subject to acceptance by the Platform. We reserve the right to decline, limit or void any bet at our discretion, including bets placed at erroneous odds. Bets are not binding until confirmed by the Platform and displayed in your bet history.

9.2 Odds

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager. Live in-play odds fluctuate rapidly and the Platform does not guarantee that any displayed odds will be available by the time a bet request is processed.

9.3 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets on cricket — including PSL T20, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — as well as football, UFC and other live events are available subject to market availability. In-play bets that are submitted but not yet confirmed at the time an event concludes or a market suspends will be void. Sports references are for market context only; 99pk has no affiliation with PCB, PSL, ICC or any sporting body.

9.4 Void and Cancelled Events

Where an event is abandoned, postponed beyond the settlement period or otherwise fails to produce a valid result, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Partial event results (e.g., innings in a cricket match) may be settled differently — refer to sport-specific rules in the cashier.

9.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day and per event category. These limits are specified in the sports or game rules section. We reserve the right to limit or withhold payment on winning bets where maximum payout limits are exceeded or where there is a reasonable suspicion of irregular betting activity.

10 Casino & Live Dealer Rules

10.1 Game Providers

Casino games and live dealer tables are supplied by third-party game providers. The rules of each game are determined by the provider and are accessible within the game interface. We are not responsible for the rules, outcomes or technical performance of third-party games, except where specifically stated.

10.2 Return to Player (RTP)

RTP percentages for slots and casino games are determined by the game provider and represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds. RTP figures do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session. All casino games carry a house edge.

10.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the Platform will attempt to settle any affected bets in accordance with the available game state data. Where full resolution is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. We are not liable for losses resulting from network issues on the user's side.

10.4 Live Dealer Games

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 99pk. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, permanent Account closure and reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per person, household or device.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds from fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or access the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in your favour without reporting them.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.
• Allowing any minor (under 18, or the applicable higher minimum age) to access your Account.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports integrity corruption.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users.

12 Responsible Gambling

99pk is committed to responsible gambling. We provide tools to help users maintain control over their gambling activity, and we encourage all users to use them proactively — not only when problems arise.

12.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week or month.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration per gambling session.

12.2 Age Restriction

12.3 User Responsibility

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without our prior written consent.

The 99pk name, logo and associated marks are proprietary to the Platform. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited and may result in legal action.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99pk, its directors, employees, partners and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, business or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from reliance on Platform content for purposes other than entertainment.
• Service interruptions, technical errors or platform downtime outside our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, use and protection of your personal data is governed by 99pk's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect personal data — including identity information, contact details, financial transaction data and usage information — to operate the Platform, complete KYC verification, process payments and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

16 Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice — typically via email to your registered address or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

The current version of these Terms, with the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page, supersedes all prior versions. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

17 Account Suspension & Termination

17.1 Termination by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure — after deduction of any applicable bonus forfeiture — will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

17.2 Termination by 99pk

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your Account at any time without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reason to believe your Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal or improper purposes.
• We are required to do so under applicable law or by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Continuing to operate your Account creates a risk to the platform, other users or third parties.

17.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination for cause, we reserve the right to forfeit any balance — including real-money and bonus funds — where the termination results from a material breach of these Terms. In cases where termination is not due to a breach, verified real-money balances will be returned following completion of any necessary compliance procedures.

18 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's applicable license jurisdiction, details of which are available on request.

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism applicable under the operator's licensing arrangement.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence, to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
